Duarte's Plastering runs commercial stucco projects across Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego: hotels, multi-family, retail centers, offices, HOAs, and industrial buildings. We bid from plans or a walk-through and typically return numbers within 48 hours.
Our crews are built for occupied properties. At a recently completed Marriott project in San Diego, the hotel stayed fully open while we staged, contained, and finished exterior work section by section to hospitality brand standards. Guests kept photographing the building; nobody photographed our containment.
We handle new commercial systems from lath up, re-coats and repairs on existing buildings, and scheduled maintenance programs for property managers who want stucco handled before it becomes a capital problem.

Yes, most of our commercial work comes through GCs and PMs. We hit schedules, coordinate with other trades, and keep paperwork clean: insurance certificates, schedules of values, and lien releases handled without chasing.
How fast can you turn around a commercial bid?
Usually within 48 hours of a plan review or site walk-through. Larger scopes with phasing plans may take a few days.
Can you work on an occupied building?
That is our specialty. Tight staging, clean containment, quiet hours where required, and daily cleanup to a standard that works for hotels, which means it works anywhere.
