The challenge
Hospitality properties can’t close for wall work. The building had to keep welcoming guests, which means tight staging, clean containment, quiet hours, and a finish standard that holds up to brand inspection, not just a walk-by.
Our approach
We planned the work in sections to keep entrances and guest areas open, protected every adjacent surface, and kept daily cleanup to hotel housekeeping standards. Finish coats were matched and blended so completed sections read as one continuous surface, no visible patchwork on a building guests photograph every day.
