About us
The standard hasn’t changed: show up, do it right, leave it clean.
Omar has been in the plastering trade for over a decade, hands on the hawk and trowel, not behind a desk. He built Duarte’s Plastering in Garden Grove on a simple idea: most stucco problems come from rushing, so don’t rush. Today his crew handles everything from smooth modern finishes and Venetian plaster to full commercial re-stucco across Orange County and Los Angeles, and Omar still checks the work.

How the company works
One shop in Garden Grove, crews across Southern California
Duarte’s Plastering runs from a shop on Benton Street in Garden Grove, with crews that head out across Orange County, Long Beach, Los Angeles, and, for commercial projects, down to San Diego. The trade covers everything walls need: traditional three-coat stucco, acrylic and EIFS systems, Venetian plaster, foam trim, new construction, and remodel work where matching the old wall is the whole craft.
The proof is public: a 5.0 rating across 70+ Google and Yelp reviews, an A+ from the BBB, and a completed commercial program at an operating Marriott in San Diego that guests never had to notice. Reviewers name Omar more often than they name the company, which tells you who still sets the standard on every wall.
We also train the next generation: our hands-on plastering curriculum takes students from scratch coat to finish in three intensive days, because the trade only stays strong if the craft gets passed down.

What we believe
Four rules on every wall
Craft over speed
A finish that lasts beats a finish that’s fast. We prep right, cure right, and match textures properly.
Honesty first
Free, honest estimates. If a repair will do, we won’t sell you a re-stucco.
Respect for your property
Containment, protection, and a spotless cleanup, every job, residential or commercial.
