On new builds we take exterior and interior walls from bare framing to finished surfaces: paper and wire, lath, scratch and brown coats, and the specified finish, all built to code and inspection-ready.
The invisible layers decide whether a new wall survives its first wet winter. Our waterproofing details, flashing integration, and control joint placement follow the details that inspectors and building envelopes actually demand.
We coordinate directly with GCs and architects, hold schedule without holding up other trades, and finish to spec in traditional, acrylic, or EIFS systems across every elevation.
